ZFY Four-stage Cylindrical Speed Reduction Gearbox is a four-stage hard tooth surface cylindrical gear reducer. Reducer specifications: 180, 200, 225, 250, 280, 320, 360, 450, 500, 560, 630, 710, 800.

The gears are made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel through carburizing and quenching. The gear hardness reaches HR58-62. The gears all adopt gear grinding technology, with high precision and good contact. High transmission efficiency, smooth operation and low noise. Small size, light weight, long service life and high carrying capacity.

This product is widely used in metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, cement, construction, chemical industry, textile, printing and dyeing, pharmaceutical and other field.

1. The speed of the high-speed shaft should be less than 1500 rpm.

2. The peripheral speed of gear transmission should be less than 20 meters/second.

3. The working environment temperature is -40~45℃. If it is lower than 0℃, the lubricating oil should be preheated above 0℃ before starting. This reducer can be operate in both clockwise and counter clockwise directions.
