Note: The reducer equipped with a backstop runs in one direction. Facing the output shaft, the output shaft should be in the smooth direction. Clockwise operation is "S", counterclockwise operation is "N".

1. The gears of the reducer are made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel, carburized and quenched. The tooth surface hardness reaches HRC58-62. The gears all adopt gear grinding technology, with high precision and good contact.

1. The speed of the high-speed shaft should be less than 1500 rpm.

2. The peripheral speed of gear transmission should be less than 20 meters/second.

3. The embient temperature is -40~45℃. If it is lower than 0℃, the lubricating oil should be preheated above 0℃ before starting. This reducer can be used to operate in both clockwise and counter clockwise directions.
