MBY/JDX series edge drive mill reducer is a high-power, high-torque, low-speed and heavy-load reducer specially designed for cement, electric power,etc. The design fully absorbed the advantages of similar products at home and abroad, summarized domestic and foreign design and manufacturing experience, and adopted modern gear design and manufacturing technology, making this series of reducers safe, reliable under harsh working conditions such as severe impact loads and continuous operation. Due to its long service life, it is widely used in cement mills, coal mills and other grinding equipment using edge transmission structures.
MBY/JDX series edge drive mill reducers adopt single-stage gear transmission.The gears of the reducer are made of low-carbon alloy steel. The tooth surface is carburized and hardened by a high-precision grinding process. The gears are designed for long-lasting life. The reducer is equipped with a special lubricating oil station. Through the structural design of oil inlet, oil return, and sealing etc, the reducer is fully lubricated and the sealing is reliable.Reducers are mainly used in edge drive mill equipment such as cement mills and coal mills, and can also be used in other industries.

The requirements for the use of the reducer are as follows:
The maximum peripheral speed of the gear during operation should be less than 20 meters/second;
The working environment temperature is -40℃~40℃. When the ambient temperature is lower than 0℃, the reducer should be preheated and lubricated before starting. Cooling measures should be taken when the ambient temperature is higher than 40°C.
