 Note: The reducer equipped with a backstop can only run in one direction. Facing the output shaft, the output shaft should be in the smooth direction. Clockwise operation is "S", counterclockwise operation is "N".

1. The gears are made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel, carburized and quenched. The tooth surface hardness reaches HRC58-62. The gears all adopt gear grinding technology, with high precision and good contact.

2. High transmission efficiency: greater than 90% (three stage).

3. Smooth operation and low noise.

4. Small size, light weight, long service life and high load capacity.

5. Easy to disassemble and inspect, easy to install.

This product is widely used in metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, cement, construction, chemical industry, textile, printing and dyeing, pharmaceutical and other field.

1. The speed of the high-speed shaft should be less than 1500 rpm.

2. The peripheral speed of gear transmission should be less than 20 meters/second.

3. The working environment temperature is -40~45℃. If it is lower than 0℃, the lubricating oil should be preheated above 0℃ before starting. This reducer can be operated in both clockwise & counter clockwise directions.
