1. The bevel gears, cylindrical gears, sun gears and planetary gears of the reducer are all made by hardened tooth surfaces and ground gear technology. Gear accuracy reaches level 6 or above.

2. The reducer box body is a welded structure, which has high strength and rigidity. At the same time, the excellent structural design ensures that the reducer can withstand large axial and radial loads.

3. The output shaft of the reducer has two structures: axial sliding pair and rolling pair for users to choose. The output flange support uses static pressure thrust bearings or dynamic and static pressure thrust bearings according to the size of the vertical axial load.

4. The position of important transmission components of the reducer and the lubrication system are equipped with monitoring components for access to the monitoring system to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.

5. This series of reducers have the advantages of high power density, high efficiency, low noise, smooth operation, small vibration, and long life.
