GMY GMX Center Drive Mill Gearbox

GMY GMX Center Drive Mill Gearbox includes main reduction transmission and slow speed drive system, as well as auxiliary devices such as diaphragm coupling, lubrication and cooling oil station, and multi-channel temperature control monitoring,etc.

The main reduction transmission of the reducer is a parallel shaft involute cylindrical gear transmission, which adopts a power split transmission structure; the slow speed drive of the reducer adopts a standardized transmission device, which meets various structural layout requirements such as front drive and rear drive.

The GMY series reducer adopts power double shunt, two-stage transmission and coaxial transmission in the transmission structure.

The GMYX series reducer adopts three-stage reduction in the transmission structure. The first stage adopts planetary gear transmission. The second and third-stage transmission structures are the same as those of the GMY series reducer.

All transmission gears of the reducer are made of low-carbon alloy steel. The tooth surface is carburized and hardened and manufactured by a high-precision gear grinding process. It has high transmission accuracy and load-bearing capacity.

The reducer box adopts a welded structure and has sufficiently high Strength and stiffness.The reducer is using a diaphragm coupling, which effectively solves the non-axiality error between the mill and the reducer, and has good buffering and vibration isolation properties.
