YB3/YBX3 series Explosion-proof AC Electric Motor is suitable for Explosive atmospheres with "Ex d" protection, designed to standard of "Ex d ll B T4 Gb" grade. Motors are extensively used in chemical, oil and gas industries. The motor enclosure is able to withstand an explosion of inflammable gas or vapour, which penetrates into the internal part through joints of structural openings. Furthermore, no internal explosion can be transmitted to the explosive atmosphere surrounding the motor.
