JE High-loading Single Screw Extruder Gearbox

JE high load-bearing series single-screw reducer is a high-efficiency transmission device designed for extruders. It adopts modular design and is equipped with high-specification thrust bearings. It has compact structure, high load-bearing capacity, smooth transmission, high efficiency, and low noise, high reliability and other advantages.

This gearbox is a speed reducer particularly for plastic & rubber processing machines. Gears are made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel by carburizing and quenching and the hardness of the tooth surface reaches level HRC58-62. It features high-efficiency, low noice, easy installation and reliable working.

1. The speed of the high-speed shaft of the reducer should be less than 1500r/min.

2. The peripheral speed of gear transmission should be less than 20m/s.

3. The working embient temperature is -40-45℃.If it is lower than 0℃, the lubricating oil should be preheated above 0℃ before starting.

This reducer can be used to operate in both forward and reverse directions, but some models of high-speed shafts have a one-way oil pump. The default direction is when facing the output shaft, the output shaft rotates clockwise. If the direction changes, please tell us when ordering.
