Product Features
SZ/SZL series special reducer is a special transmission device for conical twin-screw plastic extruders. It consists of two parts, a reduction box and a distribution box. The parameters and structure of the SZ/SZL series special reducer have been optimized and designed. The gear material is made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel which has been carburized and quenched. The gears also go through grinding process. Distribution box body is made of ductile iron.The product has the advantages of high load capacity, low noise, smooth operation and high transmission efficiency.
application Instructions
1. This series of products can be used for deceleration of twin-screw extruders with screw diameters of 30-250mm.
2. The input speed of the reducer should be less than 1500 r/min.
3. The transmission ratio is between 6.3-20. The transmission ratios listed above are preferred. The transmission ratio can also be adjusted according to user requirement.
4. The working embient temperature is -10℃--45℃. When the ambient temperature is below 0°C, the lubricating oil should be preheated before starting.
