XWD Pin-wheel Foot-mounted Speed Reducer Motor is a type of B,X series cycloidal pinwheel reducers, is a novelty transmission machinery, widely used in the field of textile printing, light and food industry, metallurgy mine, petrochemical industry, lifting and transport, and engineering machinery and so on.
The XWD Pin-wheel Foot-mounted Speed Reducer Motor uses the planetary transmission principle with compact structure, small size, high transmission ratio and efficiency. Major parts' material are bearing steel. They have excellent mechanical performance, powerful load capacity, strong resistance to impact, small moment of inertia, and applicable for working conditions such as frequent starts and clockwise and anti-clockwise rotating.

1) High speed ratio and efficiency
Single-stage transmission, with a reduction ratio of 1:87, the efficiency is more than 90%, and the reduction ratio is even greater if a multi-stage gear is used.

Adopt the principle of planetary transmission, input shaft and output shaft are on the same axis.
3) Convenient assembly and disassembly, easy maintenance
Structure design is reasonable, simple assembly and disassembly, easy for maintenance.

Cycloid needle gears have a large number of meshing teeth, a large overlap coefficient, and stable mechanism components, so that vibration and noise can be kept to a minimum level.
