Product Features
ZLYJ gearbox is a speed reducer particular for plastic & rubber processing machines. All gears are made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel by carburizing and quenching.The hardness of the tooth surface reaches level HRC58-62. High-efficiency, low noise, easy installation and reliable working.
application Instructions
1. The speed of the high-speed shaft of the reducer should be less than 1500r/min.
2. The peripheral speed of gear transmission should be less than 20m/s.
3. The working environment temperature is -40-45℃. If it is lower than 0℃, the lubricating oil should be preheated above 0℃ before starting.
This reducer can be used to operate in both forward and reverse directions, but some models of high-speed shafts have a one-way oil pump. The default direction is when you face the output shaft, the output shaft rotates clockwise. If the direction changes, please tell us when ordering.
