GS Helical-worm Geared Motor

Output shafts of GS Helical Worm Geared Motor series are vertical to input shafts. Units of GS series consist of single stage helical gears and single stage worm gears.

 

 

1. Highly modular design: It can be easily equipped with various types of motors or other power inputs. The same model can be equipped with motors of various powers. It is easy for you to match the gear unit with different models.
2. Transmission ratio: Fine division and wide range. The gear unit can reach a large transmission ratio, outputing an extremely low speed.
3. Installation form: The installation position is not restricted.
4. High strength and small size: The box body is made of high-strength cast iron. The gears and worms adopt the process of gas carburizing and quenching fine grinding . The worm gears are made of 20CrMnTi Alloy Steel with high wear resistance, high resistance and high strength, the load capacity is large.
5. Long service life: Under the conditions of correct selection (including the selection of suitable service factor) and regularly operation and maintenance, the service life of the reducer worm gear is not less than 10,000 hours, and the service life of other main parts (except wearing parts) are not less than 20,000 hours. Wear parts include lubricating oil, oil seals and bearings.
6. Low noise: The main parts of the reducer have been precisely processed, assembled and tested, so the reducer has smooth transmission and lower noise.
7. High efficiency: The efficiency of a single model is 89%.
8. GS Helical Worm Geared Motors can afford large radial load.
9. GS Helical Worm Geared Motors's axial load should be not greater than 10% of the radial force.
