DCY Three-stage Gear Reducer Box

DCY Three-stage Gear Reducer Box is a three-stage hard tooth surface with the characteristics of large load-bearing capacity, high transmission efficiency, low noise, compact size and long service life. It is used for transmission devices which input shaft and output shaft are vertical, such as belt conveyors and various transportation machinery. It can also be used in common transmission machinery such as coal, metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, building materials, light industry, and petroleum. Working conditions: gear peripheral speed ≤ 20m/s; input shaft speed ≤ 1500r/min; working temperature is -40~+45℃. When the ambient temperature is <0℃, the lubricating oil should be heated to 10℃ before starting.
