DBY Two-stage Gear Reducer Box

DBY Two-stage Gear Reducer Box is a two-stage hard tooth surface with the characteristics of large load-bearing capacity, high transmission efficiency, low noise, small size and long service life. It is used for transmission devices where the input shaft and output shaft are in a vertical direction, such as belt type Conveyors. It can also be used in the transmission of various general machinery such as coal, metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, building materials, light industry and petroleum. Its working conditions are gear peripheral speed ≤ 20m/s; input shaft speed ≤ 1500r/min; working temperature is -40~45℃. When the ambient temperature is <0℃, the lubricating oil should be heated to 10℃ before starting.

DBY Two-stage Gear Reducer Box mainly has the following characteristics:

a) The gear is made of high-strength and low-carbon alloy steel by carburizing and quenching. The tooth surface hardness is up to HRC58~62. The gear adopts grinding process with high precision and good contact;

b) High transmission efficiency: single-stage up to 96.5%, double-stage up to 93%, three-stage more than 90%;

c) Smooth operation and low noise;

d) Small size, light weight, long service life, high bearing capacity;

e) Easy to disassemble, check and install.
