The gear reducer is a kind of transmission equipment. The longer it works, the more wear it will have on its internal transmission device. So from what aspects should we analyze the wear problem of the internal transmission device of the gear reducer? The losses within the gear device (gear frame and reducer) in the gear reducer include the following three aspects:
1. Sliding friction loss between teeth.
2. Losses within bearings, sliding bearings and rolling bearings.
3. Loss of lubricating oil due to splashing and stirring.
The loss problem in the gear reducer is related to the friction loss in the gear transmission device, the friction loss of the rolling and sliding bearings, as well as the consumption and viscosity of lubricating oil.
