1. After installation, , the required lubricating oil must be injected into the oil pool of the box, and the oil level should reach the upper and lower limits specified on the dipstick.
2. Before officially turning on the reducer, you must turn it by hand. You must be flexible and ensure that the reducer is not stuck. Then run it without load for more than two hours to ensure that there is no vibration, impact, or vibration within two hours. Noise, oil leakage and other problems are encountered during normal work. If any abnormality is found, the fault should be eliminated immediately before being put into use.
